Garden drip lines and a filtration assembly prepared for a project survey

From rough plan to comparable request

Garden drip irrigation kit quotation support

Write the project scope once, then ask factories to quote that same scope. Grove Bridge Sourcing coordinates an independent procurement conversation around the requirements you provide.

↳ Requirement review

Identify crop, coverage area, bed count and layout. Record water source and water quality, design flow and operating pressure, mainline size and lateral routing. Mark missing measurements as open questions; a sourcing brief cannot replace irrigation design.

⇄ Factory matching

Use the agreed configuration to ask potential manufacturers about product scope, quantity, packing and document availability. The review does not assume an established supplier relationship, audited facilities or inventory. Any supplier identity and offered item need confirmation.

≡ Offer comparison

Request a component list, unit basis, currency and exclusions for every offer. Show timers, filters, regulators, fertigation accessories and spare fittings separately when they differ. Present substitutions as options so that a buyer can make an informed tradeoff.

A written trail through each decision

  1. 01 · Describe

Send a sketch or dimensions in text, quantity in sets, the US destination and the seasonal delivery date. Note who measures and who approves the specification.

  2. 02 · Resolve

Clarify emitter flow units, tubing outside diameter, connector type and filter scope. Ask a qualified project designer to resolve hydraulic assumptions before requesting a final configuration.

  3. 03 · Compare

Keep goods, samples, packing, freight, duties and procurement support on a common cost basis. A lower factory line item can produce a higher delivered total when exclusions differ.

  4. 04 · Confirm

Review the written offer and sample arrangements. The buyer approves commercial terms with the selected supplier, including payment, inspection, delivery and warranty responsibilities.

Requirement vocabulary draws on Netafim’s product and solution reference, recorded in our research on June 26, 2026. This reference does not identify a supplier for your order or substantiate product performance.

Keep assumptions outside the commitment

A target budget and premium, mid-range or budget-friendly supplier preference help frame the search. They do not constitute a supplier rating or pre-agreed price. Sample costs, MOQ, manufacture timing, freight schedules and after-sales support remain subject to the particular offer.

For a timer option, ask who handles a failed controller, whether replacement valves are available and which water pressure range applies. For fertigation, request product-specific compatibility and maintenance instructions; a generic kit photograph cannot answer those questions.

Put the requirement in writing

Send the scope you want factories to quote

Include required components and exclusions that matter to your project. If some measurements remain unknown, say so; we can identify the questions to resolve before comparing offers.
