Grove Bridge Sourcing Privacy Policy

This notice describes the information requested by the website and the purpose of the sourcing inquiry.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form requests contact and procurement details such as your name, work email, company, optional phone and written requirements. Requirements can include application, site conditions, component scope, quantity, destination, seasonal timing and optional budget or supplier preferences. Provide business information you are entitled to share and avoid payment credentials, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.

Why the form asks for these details

The stated purpose is to review the request, clarify specifications and communicate about potential supplier matching and comparable quotations. A form submission begins that review; it does not itself confirm a transaction or authorize unrelated marketing. Any proposed sharing of a requirement with a supplier should be limited to the information needed for the sourcing task and discussed in that context.

Local browser storage

The sourcing support notice stores a display timestamp in local storage and a ticker dismissal preference in session storage. This allows the notice to open immediately on its first eligible visit and to become eligible again after seven days, while remembering a ticker dismissal during the current browser session. These settings are stored in your browser, not entered as new inquiry fields. You may remove them through browser site-storage settings.

Budget serialization

When JavaScript is enabled, the optional selected product, budget and supplier preference are added to the submitted procurement text during form serialization. The visible text you typed is preserved. Without JavaScript, put those optional details directly in the requirements box. Multiple forms maintain their own selections.

Website references and technical limits

External reference links lead to independently operated websites with their own information practices. The operational details of hosting logs, retention periods, downstream recipients and production inquiry handling have not been supplied in this source package. Ask for clarification before submitting information that requires specific handling assurances; this notice does not claim an unverified production process.

Questions about a request

Use the contact inquiry route to identify a previous request and explain a correction or handling question. Do not post private procurement details in article comments. Additional information may be required to identify the relevant request and confirm that you are authorized to discuss it. Read the Terms of Service for the boundaries of sourcing support.
